This is touched on in the last paragraph about OEM parts, but after-market auto parts are usually 50% or more less than the original manufacturer's automobile parts.
With that said, it is very up to the individual and the problem when the automobile is being fixed. Many people choose OEM automobile parts because they will be the safest kind of parts to go with, but quarrels for third-party auto parts are because they are much cheaper will be more accessible.
